Our service
On our website you will find a clear overview on our working methods. Furthermore, we offer answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ). We map out your housing wishes together, and are happy to advice you on the possibilities we have to offer you. As such, everything will be discussed and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask anything you want to know, directly to us. Any questions we won’t have an immediate answer to, we will get back to you on as soon as possible. This doesn’t just apply to you, but to your entire family. Did you find an accommodation you like, but it doesn’t comply with the conditions of your employer? Not a problem! We will make sure this house will match the prerequisites.
Good to know: we also offer temporary accommodation in a holiday house until the transfer is complete.

3. House hunting
We start the house hunt by searching within our own listings, but that is not all we do. Thanks to our network we also find and offer you houses that aren't presented with us online (yet).

5. Results
To form a good picture, we usually offer you the first suitable houses within one week, by means of photo material and/or video material.
6. Viewings
When we have found your new house in Aruba, we schedule a guided visit. When you will buy or rent remotely, this visit could also be arranged digitally or during a viewing trip.
7. Aftercare
Congratulations! You've found your tenant! We support you up to and including the key transfer, but you can also contact us with questions afterwards.
